Dave Seifried, Jr.

Owner | Chief Executive Officer
Dave Seifried Jr. graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. While completing his degree, he began his career with Regency Electric as an Apprentice Electrician, gaining hands-on field experience that laid the foundation for his future leadership. He went on to earn his Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses and quickly became a key figure in leading Regency’s construction operations. Driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for the business, Dave advanced into management roles, serving as an Estimator and Project Manager, where he helped guide complex projects from planning through completion. As the company grew, so did Dave’s responsibilities. He moved through the leadership ranks, serving as Vice President, then President, and now holds the role of Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Dave leads the executive management team, focuses on business development, maintains strategic relationships, and drives initiatives that improve efficiency and integrate innovative technologies across the organization. Dave also remains actively involved in the Pre-Construction process, offering valuable insight and design-build expertise to help clients bring their projects to life with thoughtful planning and tailored solutions. Outside of the office, Dave is dedicated to his family. With three young children who are active in sports and share his love for the outdoors, he’s often on the move—enjoying adventures, nature, and quality family time.
Ryan Seifried

Ryan Seifried

Owner | Chief Operations Officer
Ryan graduated from Colorado State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. After graduation, he joined the Regency Electric field staff as an apprentice electrician, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience and built the foundation of his career. Over the years, Ryan earned both his Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses, taking on leadership roles in the field. In these roles, he mentored and led teams across a wide range of projects, honing his expertise in all aspects of electrical construction. Ryan later transitioned into roles as an Estimator and Project Manager, where he leveraged his technical knowledge to build relationships, estimate projects, and assist with project management throughout the construction process. His ability to bridge the gap between the field and office led to a seamless execution of projects from start to finish. Today, Ryan serves as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing Regency Electric’s operations team, including project managers, assistant project managers, and field operations. In this capacity, Ryan works closely with the operations team to continuously refine systems and processes, driving efficiency and improving project outcomes. His leadership ensures smooth collaboration between office and field teams, optimizing both performance and delivery. Outside of work, Ryan is dedicated to his growing family and enjoys following sports—particularly the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos. He also enjoys playing golf and unwinding with a craft beer.
Liana Perkins

Liana Perkins

Vice President of Finance
Liana Perkins graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She began her career in public accounting, gaining a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and client service—experience that shaped her disciplined, detail-oriented leadership approach. She later expanded her expertise in the travel industry with Frontier Airlines, where she supported large-scale operations and strengthened her skills in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. In 2019, Liana transitioned into the construction industry, where she advanced quickly from management roles to Director-level leadership and now serves as Vice President of Finance at Regency Electric. In this role, she oversees the company’s accounting and finance divisions, leading initiatives that enhance GAAP compliance, improve internal controls, elevate WIP and project reporting, and modernize systems and processes to support a growing and evolving organization. Her experience across public accounting, travel, civil and electrical contracting, and private equity gives her a well-rounded, strategic perspective that strengthens Regency’s leadership team. Liana is recognized for her people-first leadership style and her ability to build high-performing teams through clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and approachable financial guidance. She is passionate about streamlining workflows, increasing cash flow visibility, and partnering with operations to drive both efficiency and long-term strategic growth. Outside of the office, Liana is dedicated to her family. With three boys who share her love for adventure, sports, and the outdoors—and two dogs who never miss a chance to tag along—she’s often on the move. Whether she’s in the mountains, at a kids’ sporting event, or fitting in a Pilates session, she enjoys staying active and embracing the everyday adventures of raising her boys.
Ben Martinez

Ben Martinez

Director of Pre-Construction
Ben joined Regency Electric, LLC in 2021 as Lead Estimator, bringing with him over a decade of hands-on field experience across a wide range of project types—including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, fueling systems, and fire alarm installations. This deep field knowledge gives Ben a distinct advantage in performing accurate takeoffs and supporting projects from schematic design through final construction documents. In addition to his field background, Ben arrived at Regency with several years of prior estimating experience. His comprehensive understanding of both construction execution and preconstruction planning has made him a valuable asset to the team from day one. Today, Ben serves as Director of Pre-Construction, where he is actively involved in day-to-day estimating operations. He works directly with clients on budgeting, design development, value engineering, and early project planning—helping to bring opportunities to the table and guide them from concept to completion. Ben is also leading the growth of Regency’s pre-construction and estimating team, implementing new software solutions, training staff, and supporting the company’s broader growth initiatives. Outside the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family. Whether at the dirt bike track or cheering on his kids from the sidelines of football and soccer fields, he’s always supporting their passions and staying active.
Mark Simmons

Mark Simmons

Director Of Operations
Mark joined the Regency Electric team in 2011, bringing with him several years of prior experience in the electrical industry. He began his career with a focus on low-voltage and audio/visual systems, leading crews and specializing in communications and A/V installations. After a brief period in residential work, Mark transitioned fully into the commercial electrical sector, where he found his long-term professional home. Mark completed the four-year program at the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) and holds an active Master Electrician license. At Regency, he served as a lead project foreman for over three years, managing field teams and ensuring quality execution. His leadership and technical skillset led to a transition into project management, where he began overseeing high-profile commercial projects, coordinating teams, managing logistics, and serving as a key liaison between field staff, vendors, clients, and building owners. Today, Mark serves as Director of Operations. In this role, he works closely with COO Ryan Seifried to manage Regency’s construction operations. While he continues to act as a Project Manager on select jobs, he also oversees the broader Project Management team, leads internal meetings, supports new talent development, and drives continuous process improvements across the company. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and son, often exploring the backwoods and tackling 4x4 trails.
Zach Fleming

Zach Fleming

Director of Field Operations | Safety Manager
Zach joined the Regency Electric team in 2009 as an Apprentice Electrician. After completing three years with the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, he earned his Journeyman Electrician license and quickly became a trusted leader on highly technical commercial projects. Over the years, Zach has served as a Project Manager on numerous complex projects across the Life Sciences, Technology, SCIF, and Mission Critical sectors. He is particularly skilled in managing projects involving advanced lighting controls and intricate system coordination. His ability to lead teams in demanding technical environments, combined with his attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensures transparency and efficiency throughout each phase of construction. In 2025, Zach assumed the role of Director of Field Operations and Safety Manager. In this dual role, he oversees internal Foreman meetings, leads training efforts in both safety and leadership, and handles employee relations and performance reviews. Zach plays a critical role in planning and executing complex shutdowns and high-risk tasks, supporting our field teams in the most challenging aspects of our work. Zach also collaborates closely with Regency’s field leadership to enhance operational processes, drive efficiency, and ensure a seamless client experience. He remains deeply involved in customer relations, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality service and tailored solutions. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his growing family, fishing, playing hockey, and exploring the outdoors.
Bri Atkinson

Bri Atkinson

Director of Project Administration
Bri joined the Regency Electric team in 2020 as a Project Coordinator, bringing with her valuable experience from the distribution side of the electrical industry. Her background has proven instrumental in streamlining procurement processes and improving material tracking and delivery across Regency’s projects. Working closely with vendors and suppliers, Bri monitors critical path materials, oversees all shipments, and ensures efficient product movement to support field operations. She is also responsible for generating and reviewing submittals, managing procurement, and providing key administrative support to field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Now serving as Director of Project Administration, Bri plays a vital role in maintaining clear and consistent communication between internal teams, helping ensure that projects remain on schedule and well-coordinated. She provides weekly project status updates and contributes to the overall efficiency and organization of Regency’s operations. Outside the office, Bri enjoys gardening and exploring the mountains. A dedicated adventurer, she’s an avid hiker and has even successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
Jeremy Cassidy

Jeremy Cassidy

Project Manager
Jeremy joined Regency Electric, LLC in 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing more than 18 years of field experience in the electrical industry and over four years of project management expertise. His addition has helped expand the reach and capability of Regency’s Project Management Team. As an active Project Manager, Jeremy oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring accurate financial performance, cost control, and forecasting. He provides essential support to field foremen and crews, helping drive each project toward successful and timely completion. His deep industry knowledge enables him to manage complex project details, evolving documentation, field coordination, and financial tracking with precision. Beyond his operational responsibilities, Jeremy plays a key role in client relations—both pursuing new opportunities and nurturing strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients. Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his family. You’ll often find him at the baseball field or out at the lake, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
Matt Land

Matt Land

Project Manager
Matt Land joined the Regency Electric, LLC team in March of 2015 as an Apprentice Electrician. After completing all four years of electrical trade education with the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, he earned his Journeyman Electrician license. Matt also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2012. Over the years, Matt has served as a General Foreman on numerous complex projects including high-end tenant improvements, data centers, and design-build work. He notably managed a large-scale 70-man crew for a major Xcel project. In 2025, Matt transitioned into the role of Project Manager. As an active Project Manager, Matt oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring schedule performance, financial control, crew morale, and successful project closeouts. His ability to manage demanding environments with precision and transparency allows for strong communication with general contractors and clients. Matt plays a critical role in maintaining and growing client relationships through trust, accountability, and a forward-thinking approach. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing, and beach vacations.
Melanie Rowen

Melanie Rowen

Accounting | HR | Office Manager
Melanie joined Regency Electric, LLC in 2023, stepping into a dynamic, multi-faceted role spanning accounting, human resources, and general office management. With previous experience in a similar position, she brought a strong foundation in managing finances, payroll, HR operations, and everything in between. Melanie serves as a key point of contact for employees, regularly assisting with timecards, payroll, vacation and sick leave, and apprenticeship school enrollment. She also works closely with vendors and customers to ensure accounts payable and receivable are processed accurately and efficiently. Her responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date financial records, generating reports, and coordinating with CPAs to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. Beyond her technical skills, Melanie brings energy and positivity to the office every day. Known for her upbeat attitude and approachable nature, she plays a vital role in keeping the team connected and operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Together, they love attending concerts, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
Dustin Weller

Dustin Weller

General Superintendent
Dustin Weller joined Regency Electric in 2025 as a General Superintendent, bringing more than 28 years of comprehensive experience in the electrical industry. His career spans roles including apprentice, journeyman, foreman, superintendent, master electrician, estimator, project manager, and director of field operations. This broad background gives Dustin a deep understanding of field operations and allows him to effectively support field crews, strengthen communication between project managers and foremen, and maintain strong customer relationships. Outside of work, Dustin is actively involved in his church community, participates in the Knights of Columbus, and enjoys recreational pool.
Eric Duran

Eric Duran

Senior Estimator | Preconstruction
Eric Duran is a licensed Master Electrician with more than 15 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, specializing in estimating and preconstruction services. Over the course of his career, Eric has successfully estimated more than $100 million in commercial and industrial projects, delivering accurate budgets, clearly defined scopes of work, and value-driven solutions. With experience ranging from hands-on field work to senior-level estimating roles, Eric brings a practical, real-world perspective to every project. His deep understanding of constructability, cost control, and project execution allows him to identify risks early and support informed decision-making throughout the preconstruction process. A Denver native, Eric maintains strong ties to the local construction community and a keen interest in the Denver real estate market. He is committed to delivering transparent, high-quality electrical solutions that support successful projects and long-term client relationships.
Darrell Morris

Darrell Morris

Estimator
Darrell Morris began his electrical career with Regency Electric in 2019, attending IEC while working in the field and gaining hands-on experience along the way. Over four years at IEC, he built a strong technical foundation and worked his way into the role of Electrical Foreman. Becoming an electrician has been a natural fit, blending problem-solving, leadership, and the daily challenges of construction—something he genuinely enjoys. In early 2026, he changed roles to become an estimator, expanding his knowledge and experience into a more office- and preconstruction-focused position while continuing to draw on his field background. Before entering the trades, he spent more than 20 years in the fitness industry, working in roles that ranged from personal trainer to business coach. He also serves as an adjunct professor at ACC, experiences that have shaped his personable leadership style and his ability to connect with, mentor, and lead others. As he was told during his interview, he entered the trades with a lot of life experience, and that perspective continues to guide how he approaches his work. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and hunting when he’s not on the job. He values time spent with his kids, nephews, and grandsons, and believes changing careers was about finding the next challenge—one he’s found in the fast-paced, ever-evolving construction field.

Dave Seifried founded Regency Electric, LLC in 1986, starting as a one-man operation where he managed every aspect of the business—from business development to hands-on electrical work. By 1988, the company had grown enough to hire its first employee, marking the beginning of Regency Electric’s evolution into a full-scale commercial electrical contractor. Over the years, Dave worked tirelessly to expand the company’s operations, build lasting client relationships, and grow Regency’s capabilities. Under his leadership, the team developed a strong reputation for excellence in mission-critical facilities, data centers, and a wide range of commercial construction projects. Dave served as President of Regency Electric until 2020, when he stepped away from day-to-day operations and passed leadership responsibilities to the next generation. His legacy is defined by not only building a successful business but also by mentoring others and sharing his deep industry knowledge with those who continue to carry the company forward. Today, Dave splits his time between Denver—where he enjoys being close to his children and grandchildren—and Cave Creek, Arizona, where he spends time in the sunshine and on the golf course.
